Evolving SMBP Programs: Technology, Operations, & Sustainability

This event will provide navigational guidance regarding the technological, operational, and sustainability components of SMBP programs, including examples of real-world successes and challenges.
Participants will be able to:
• Define key decisions when planning and implementing an SMBP program including clinical roles, operational workflow, and device management
• List key considerations when evaluating devices, apps, and data platforms to relay SMBP measurements from patients to providers
• Appreciate BP device coverage and provider reimbursement payor landscape, including a comparison of RPM and SMBP coding and billing
