Target: BP Connect – Acting rapidly to bring high blood pressure under control through treatment protocols

Target: BP Connect is a new opportunity to bring the Target: BP™ community together to discuss ways to improve blood pressure (BP) control for your patients and learn from others who are implementing the BP improvement program. Each one-hour collaborative session will be hosted by clinical experts in blood pressure control and will have a general topic or theme. Facilitators will kick off the conversation with real scenarios or cases related to the topic and also invite participants to pose questions to the group even if not directly related to that session’s theme.
