Target: BP Evolution Webinar – July 27, 2023

This webinar provides a preview of a significant evolution in Target: BP. Our new evidence-based attestation criteria were developed to support your organization’s blood pressure control journey and provide structure for future recognition opportunities beginning in 2025.  The new structure further aligns with the AMA MAP™ framework and emphasizes self-measured blood pressure and health equity. Our goal is to provide organizations with a transparent roadmap for quality improvement, resources, and new opportunities for recognition to be announced later in 2024.
