Description: This webinar details the 2025 AHA/ACC Guideline for the Prevention, Detection, Evaluation and Management of High Blood Pressure in Adults: A Report of the American College of Cardiology/American Heart Association Joint Committee on Clinical Practice Guidelines.

Learn from writing committee members Daniel W. Jones, MD, FAHA; Keith C. Ferdinand, MD, FACC , FAHA, FASPC; Jordana B. Cohen, MD, MSCE, FAHA; and Wanpen Vongpatanasin, MD, FAHA, FACC as they address blood pressure thresholds for diagnosis and treatment of high blood pressure, the cardiovascular and cognitive risks of uncontrolled high blood pressure, the calculation of cardiovascular disease risk as part of a diagnostic and treatment approach, and the utilization of recommended medication classes in combination pill form to improve control and adherence along with other significant changes.
