Over 1800 organizations expressed their commitment to improving blood pressure control rates by submitting data to the 2023 Target: BP Recognition Program. The AHA and AMA are thrilled to recognize these organizations for their efforts and continued support of improving their community’s heart health.
Great progress was made during 2022:
- 59 received Participant status as first-time data submitters
- 784 organizations earned Silver status for completing evidence-based measurement activities
- 866 organizations achieved Gold/Gold + status for control rates ≥ 70%
Recognition awards for 2023 are based on self-reported data submitted by Target: BP registrants for the 2022 calendar year.
