The American Heart Association is thrilled to recognize these organizations for their efforts and continued support of improving their community’s heart health.

Over 45 million patients are served by 2,727 total eligible participating health care organizations across all 50 U.S. states, Puerto Rico and Washington, D.C.
- 2,682 total health care organizations received an award this year — 375 more than in last year’s cycle.
- 1,780, or 66.3% of awarded organizations, achieved Gold or Gold+ level recognition.
- 844, or 31.4% of awarded organizations, achieved Silver or Silver+ level recognition.
- An additional 58, or 2.2% of awarded organizations, achieved Participant level recognition.
